I am available for private,in home personal training for your convenience. The first appointment is a consultation designed to get to know you and your goals, as well as a simple fitness test. A healthy lifestyle is easier than you think.
No matter what you are doing today, please take time to check with your doctor for clearance, and then incorporate a healthy diet and fitness regimen into your daily routine! With a trainer, a friend or on your own, the important thing is to get moving! Always be careful, and make sure you practice according to your doctor's guidelines and your known limitations until you are able to do more.Don't over do it!
